Swap Shop Racing Order Cancellation Policy:

CANCELLATIONS Any order which is canceled with Swapshopracing.com will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% (five percent). Once an order has shipped or is in processing it can not be canceled. Special ordered items and Custom Products cannot be canceled or returned. Pre-orders that have been confirmed and then later requested to cancel are subject to the same standard 5% cancellation fee.

 Please note that as of October 10/09/19 our online processors including Pay Pal are now retaining processing fees on full refunds. Any cancellations or full refunds for any reason will be minus these fees. This is separate from any cancellation fee. Alternatively we can offer full store credit rather than refunding a canceled order to avoid this fee.
