CNC machined billet 6061 T6 front lower spherical bearing control arms.

APPLICATION:  96-2000 Honda Civic **THIS ARM WILL NOT WORK WITH THE ONE PIECE EM1 SI ARMS **MUST USE 50MM SHOCK FORK**


Designed for racing use and will have similar strength to factory arms. Due to the ball joint angle correction this allowed us to significantly thicken the high stress area around the ball joint while still having similar arm to rotor clearance as factory.

Benefits from increasing caster from the lower arm verses the top arm is you will improve suspension travel by having the upper arm in a more centered factory location which will improve clearance and allow for more travel.

Increases positive caster up to 2 degrees ***WILL NOT HAVE ANY NOTICEABLE INCREASE IN STEERING EFFORT***
Eliminates the need for traction bars (spherical lower arms will have no benefit using traction bars. It will also bind damaging the suspension and chassis)
Ball joint angle correction on lowered cars
Holds precise alignments since sphericals stay true and centered and don’t compress and sag over time.
Eliminates suspension deflection and geometry changes under load seen with rubber or urethane bushings.

M10X1.25 threaded sway bar holes. Must trim out factory mounting location to us spherical end links   **Can still use factory sway bar mounting locations**

***WARNING*** FOR SOME REASON WE HAVE A LOT OF PEOPLE TRYING TO BOLT TRACTION BARS TO THESE CONTROL ARMS AND NOW THERES EVEN PRODUCTS OUT THERE SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO FIT OUR ARMS WHICH WILL BIND AND COULD POTENTIALLY CAUSE THE ARM TO CRACK. TRACTION BARS ARE NOT NECESSARY WHEN USING SPHERICALS THAT HAVE ZERO DEFLECTION. ADDING A THIRD PIVOT POINT THATS NOT INLINE WITH THE TWO FACTORY ARM PIVOT POINTS WILL CAUSE A BIND WHICH CAN FATIGUE OR CRACK THE ARM OVER TIME. EVEN IF A TRACTION BAR WAS DESINGED IN A WAY WHERE IT DID NOT BIND ITS POINTLESS TO RUN THEM WITH SPHERICALS. USING TRACTION BARS WITH OUR ARMS WILL 100% VOID ANY WARRANTY.
