Skunk2 Pro Series Titanium Retainers:
Skunk2’s industry-leading Pro Series Titanium Retainers are designed to significantly reduce valvetrain mass, resulting in more horsepower and improved valvetrain stability. Unlike other retainers, Skunk2 Titanium Retainers feature radius-cut edges for additional rocker arm clearance and reduced weight, strategically positioned lightening grooves, and reduced overall heights for better valve seal clearance and even further weight reduction.
Skunk2 Pro Series Valves:
Manufactured from lightweight, EV8 stainless steel one-piece forgings, Skunk2’s Pro Series Valves for Honda’s VTEC engines are heat-treated using a proprietary process, resulting in extraordinary strength and durability. Pro Series Valves are direct replacements and offer weight savings as high as 10 grams each for exceptional performance. All Pro Series Valves feature hardened tips that resist deformation and galling that’s often associated with aggressive, high-lift camshafts. Other valves may appear similar, but only Pro Series Valves feature specially designed valve head profiles to optimize airflow. Each Pro Series Valve is CNC machined, polished, and finished off with a black, nitride coating that reduces friction and increases wear resistance.
