Hasport now offers an auxiliary brace for the EGK5 and EKK5 mount kits used with the CRV and Element AWD manual transmissions. This brace ties in to the rear bracket mount bolt holes on the AWD transmission’s bell housing.

If you are launching your AWD hard or have significantly more that stock horse power we recommend this brace. The brace if available either powder coated or un-powder coated so you can choose either bolt it on or weld it to the Hasport bracket.

For high horse power drag cars we recommend further bracing of the engine.

Please note: This bracket is no longer sold separately, but is incorporated into the new revised Hasport EKKAWDRRB and EGKAWDRRB Rear Brackets. So there is no longer a need to purchase both.
