The placement and purchase of an order with Swapshopracing.com constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below. Swapshopracing.com reserves the right to make changes to its website and terms and conditions at any time.

PRICES All prices listed in our website, advertisement and/or catalog do not include shipping & handling charges. All prices are mail order prices; extra fees may apply for pick up or will call. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Orders shipped to California residents must include 9% sales tax.

 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Swapshopracing.com or /and Swapshopracingshall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Swapshopracing.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Swapshopracing.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

 

WARNING All parts sold by Swapshopracing.com, except for street legal/DOT approved parts, are racing parts for off road use only. Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting the vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Swapshopracing.com or/and Swapshopracingshall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. Swapshopracing.com shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. Swapshopracing.com will not cover any loss in profit or labor due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and/or extended delays for backorder items. Swapshopracing.com shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS Swapshopracing.com will determine special order items. All special ordered items must be prepaid before processing your order. Special ordered items and Custom Products cannot be canceled or returned.

 

CANCELLATIONS Any order which is canceled with Swapshopracing.com will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% (five percent). Once an order has shipped or is in processing it can not be canceled. Special ordered items and Custom Products cannot be canceled or returned. Please note that as of October 10/09/19 our online processors including Pay Pal are now retaining processing fees on full refunds. Any cancellations or full refunds for any reason will be minus these fees. This is separate from any cancellation fee. Alternatively we can offer full store credit rather than refunding a canceled order to avoid this fee.

 

PAYMENT Swapshopracing.com accepts all major credit cards, Pay Pal, checks, money orders, and certified checks payable to Swapshopracing.com . Bank transfers also accepted; $25.00 transfer service fee will apply. All checks will be subject to a minimum of (14) fourteen-business day waiting period to clear with our bank. Orders will not be processed or shipped until this waiting period is over. To eliminate this delay, please send a money order, cashier's check, and certified check or prepay by credit card. NSF Checks will be subject to a $10 return check fee to your account. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or verified alternate shipping address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholder's bank. Please DO NOT send cash, as we are not responsible for any loss that may occur with the US Postal Service.

 

SHIPPING All orders are shipped by either UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service. In stock items usually ship within 24-48hrs after receipt of order. Out of stock items generally ship with-in 7-10 business days. Swapshopracing.com does not guarantee on time deliver for out of stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customer are approximate. We do not advertise nor participate in any guaranteed delivery time frames that may be set or given by the shipping provider. Out of stock items will be placed on backorder if not received & shipped with-in 7-10 business.  Backorder items will ship within 24hrs after receipt of shipment from manufacturer. Shipping fees calculated by our shopping cart system are estimated. Shipping fees may be higher than stated by our shopping cart system for products using oversized boxes, multiple box shipments and backordered items. SwapShopRacing.com only Ships to the Billing Address of the Credit Card or a Confirmed Pay Pal Shipping Address. SwapShopRacing.com requires exact address matches on all online transactions. Any orders with multiple address' provided (ie a different address on the payment then on the original order invoice) will automatically shipped to the address sent with your payment. If you are shipping to a secondary address this option will be available at the end of the check out process when finalizing your payment. SwapShopRacing.com ONLY SHIPS TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD. SwapShopRacing.com requires exact address matches on all online transactions. SwapShopRacing.com requires all contact phone numbers provided by SwapShopRacing.com customers to be a working phone number. SwapShopRacing.com may contact customers (with orders of $700 above) prior to shipment of their order via the provided phone number. If we cannot contact the customer via the provided phone number, SwapShopRacing.com will not ship the order.

REJECTION OF GOODS As soon as the goods are delivered to Buyer, he shall inspect them. Notice in writing must be given within five (5) days after receipt of goods of any defect or omissions. Failure to give notice within five (5) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.

 

CLAIMS Claims for defective goods, shortages, delays, or failures in shipment or delivery, or for any other cause, shall be deemed waived and released by Buyer, unless made in writing within two (2) days after the arrival of the goods.

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS In the instance that a received product is defective by the manufacturer's standards. Return of exchange would be done per the manufacturer's policy. Generally manufacturer direct. If you believe that you have received a defective item. Please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order.

 

RETURNS All items returned are subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on wiring harnesses, ECU's, electrical units, bulbs, lighting accessories, piston sets, software, mount kits, special orders and custom orders. Innovative mount kits are returnable under warranty (exchange/ repair) only & are subject to shipping & handling charges. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days after date of receipt of goods. It is the customers responsibility to contact Swapshopracing.com within this time period to be eligible for a return. A (RA#) Return Authorization Number must be issued before returning product. You may contact us by way of telephone at 626 261-4052. An RA# must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions are not returnable. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. Wheels and tires, which have been mounted, are not returnable. If Swapshopracing.com does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part.

 

REFUNDS A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned to Swapshopracing .com. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only. All other non-credit card orders will be refunded by either company check or store credit. Refused shipments sent back to Swapshopracing.com do not constitute a refund or credit. Swapshopracing.com reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 25% restocking fee.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS All orders outside of the United States must be paid in full by US Funds before any order will be processed. All foreign orders are final. No returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyer's responsibility to order the correct part. Swapshopracing.com does not guarantee proper fitment for buyer's foreign vehicle as all parts sold by Swapshopracing.com are made for the American domestic market. For international orders we only accept Credit Card or PayPal, all payments must be made via PayPal and will only be shipped to your CONFIRMED PayPal Address.

 

Most Canadian Orders may be placed directly though our website, via phone or through PayPal. For other countries please contact us for payment information.

 

International Shipping All our International Shipping is done via USPS Priority International 6-10 day Shipping Services and includes limited insurance (approximately $100 USD). Additional Insurance may be purchased for your shipment upon request, Swap Shop Racing is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once your package has left the United States with out a full Insurance Purchase.

 Lost or damaged insurance claims may be made through us (SwapShopRacing) acting as a third party between the buyer & USPS. The amount awarded will be based on the amount of insurance purchased not necessarily the value of goods and is soley at the discretion of the United States Postal Service. Once your item has left the United States we have no control over this process so it may take from 30 to 60 days for a claim to be resolved. 

Large Orders: For any International purchase made via our website over $749 (including shipping) we ask that you please contact us via either phone or e-mail before placing your order as International Orders $750+ will need to be pre-approved. Any purchase not approved is subject to being canceled with a 5% cancellation fee.

 

WARRANTY All products sold by Swapshopracing.com are only subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranty will not be honored if the customer’s mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes the defect.

 

CALIFORNIA VEHICLES:  All modifications, except those that are exempt, have been designed and are intended for off-road use only. 
  These components are legal in California for racing vehicles only, which may never be used in City streets or Public highways.

  User/Buyer assumes all costs and risks associated with any aftermarket parts. 
  It is the User/Buyer's responsibility to know their local City and State Laws.
