Nippon Racing P30 pistons are heat treated and come with a ceramic card anodized surface down to the second ring groove to improve heat dissipation. This especially beneficial with the use of nitrous.
Nippon Racing P30 piston kits include 4 cryogenically heat treated 21mm wrist pins and teflon coated skirts.
All Nippon Racing piston sets are weight matched to +/- 1 GRAM.
Nippon Racing Pistons have a deeper valve pocket then traditional OEM P30 pistons to allow use of after market camshafts generally up to Stage 3.
These are true high performance racing cast pistons with a horse power rating up to 600hp.
This piston and rod combo will include a set of Full Floating Pistons, designed for use with aftermarket rods.

Nippon Racing pistons are made using a 2618 alloy and proprietary centrifugal spin casting process.
As well as a 6 step heat treatment process to insure as piston that is a hard as a forged piston. This results in a much lower expansion rate. This process insures zero internal factory defects. Meaning that these Nippon Racing pistons will outperform OEM pistons by 300% and ensure prolonged engine life.
