Nippon Racing JDM P72 Pistons are Heat Treated and come with a Ceramic Hard Anodized Surface Down to the Second Ring Groove to Improve Heat Dissipation as well as use with Nitrous. These Pistons are equipped with 4 Cryogenically heat treated 21MM wrist pins and teflon coated skirts.
All Nippon Racing piston set are weight matched to +/- 1 gram. Nippon Racing Pistons have deeper valve pockets that traditional P72 pistons to allow the use of performance camshafts up to stage 3. These are true performance pistons with a rating of 450hp.

Skunk2 Alpha Series Rods feature an H-Beam design that is precision CNC machined from high-strength aircraft-grade 4340 alloy steel forgings that are then heat treated, tempered, and shot peen stress relieved. Skunk2 Alpha rods come with bronze wrist pin bushings and feature forced pin oiling. Each rod incorporates ARP2000 fasteners rated at over 220,000psi and can handle between 175hp to 200hp per cylinder on average.
