The SSR throttle body gasket will help reduce intake air temperatures by removing the direct connection of the throttle body to the intake manifold. Generally with an OEM gasket, heat transfer will occur between the throttle body and the intake manifold, causing air temperatures to rise. These throttle body gaskets are made from special material that will not conduct heat, which results in cooler air and more power. This product can be used with or without a throttle body spacer.
